For such a recently-designed long haul aircraft... there isn't enough room in the cockpit, crew rest area, galley, whatever? They give up a premium cabin revenue seat for a flight crew meal spot?
On a domestic flight if a pilot has to take a few minutes to use the lav, the FA's will block off access to the rest of the cabin. On long haul they can just pop into a main cabin seat and chow down, no big deal?
