But how much extra money does SK actually spend compared to AY? And if SK spends 25 EUR more per pax on food than AY, would AY really lose a lot of customers if their tickets cost 25 EUR more?
If SK FAs first bring out an appetizer and then separately a main course whereas AY serves everything on one tray, does that really save money?
I have to say I was surprised to see the SK catering. My ancient impression has been that AY is miles ahead of SK, but my brain really needs an update here.
