LX and SK are both Schengen airlines. They both use pier B and LX is always jetway.

I don't know if LX will interline to SK over a non-Star-hub airport. If connecting in a Star hub they do interline.

MCT ordinarily (say KL-AF) would be 40 minutes, LX and SK combination triggers airline specific rules for 1 hour.

That all said. 40 minutes from LX to SK would be more than achievable HBO. Depends of course on the delay. With appropriate (front) seating in LX, I would say 15 minutes delay is manageable.

I would still not do it.
