This certainly isn't an isolated incident and neither is it unique to star alliance partners! This thread reminded me to perform another check on my wife's account, because I had noticed something "strange" and I was thinking, that logging in to her account via the website would somehow "nudge" the system to update the tier and award miles sums, because so far I'd only check them out by using the app (which I tried to update but was already up to date).

The backround: We all flew recently (11 days ago) with Aegean itself (!) and I also have a together account, which currently (among other people) my wife and 1 of our sons are part of.
There's absolutely no issue in this regard with neither my own account nor my son's (everything showed up correctly just the day following the trip, so 10 days ago already), however my wife's account displays the exact same symptoms reported here: While the flights have credited themselves as "transactions", the sums haven't been updated. And I'd say it is even stranger in our case, because it's a together account, so regarding award miles it is the exact same amount all of us should be seeing, yet my son and I are seeing the updated (higher) sums (and of course lowered sums with regards to tier miles still required to retain the tier/upgrade) and my wife is seeing the old sums, as if those 2 segments weren't credited at all!

So anyway, logging in via the website on my laptop did nothing to fix it, I think 11 days are enough too (to justify contacting Aegean about this), I mean I know the miles are there, because I see them in all the other accounts, so what in the world is causing my wife's account not to display them, even though the flights are registered under her personal transactions???
