If it is an "I" fare bucket, it is a Star Alliance saver award. If the ANA flight I am trying to book is bookable across every other Star Alliance partner except for AC, then it is an AC IT issue, no? Or maybe it is AC purposefully not allowing people to book it, which is another bigger issue on its own.
