I didn't expect to be posting so much in this form, but here we are! A full trip report for my CDG-IAD in LP will be posted soon, but I wanted to get some advice.
(To cut a long story short)...
- We flew in LP from CDG-IAD and my seat was inoperable (had to be adjusted manually if I wanted it moved).
- The chief purser said they did contact AF (whilst onboard) and they would reach out for 'commerical reimbursment'.
- The ticket was originally a ticket booked in LH F with Lifemiles. After several mistake, AF made LH add notes to the PNR to confirm they will repay AF the 'Full fare in P'.
With this being said, what sort of compensation would I be eligible for (if any) for the above seat fault. I understand my ticket does complicate mattes.
