Which is better - A321neo vs. ex-QR A330 in J for a couple
We're looking to book DUB-YYZ in the next few weeks in J. This route is usually served by the A321neo in the off-season, however I see the ex-QR A330 is scheduled for the later half of the week we're looking to fly.
We'll be travelling with a 20-month old lap infant, so we'd be picking the paired / non-throne seats on the A321neo which look like a bit of a tight squeeze (it just wouldn't be practically for use to pick a throne each).
I'm looking at the 2-2-2 configuration on the ex-QR A330 and it looks a bit more spacious compared to the paired / non-throne seats on the A321neo? Also, I prefer the idea of being on a widebody, there's more room in the galleys if one of us needs to do walk around with our infant.
Any thoughts?
