A little bit unfair to charge those on rows 21 as this is a normal economy seat (bulkhead) v. rows 11 to 14 which are PE seats. Selecting the Emergency Exit is going to be the trick for those in the know from now on.

For a short haul flight it is a little rich from IB to try to charge frequent fliers to seat there I believe. I rather select BA and seat on the emergency exit for free in that case.
