Miles not being added to total miles or subtracted from miles to retain tier
I recently flew Swiss from GVA to LHR. The flight has shown up in my transactions. +750 award miles and +750 tier miles.

The issue I'm having is that my total award miles has not updated to reflect the additional 750 award miles and the "To maintain my tier I still need:" section has not updated to reflect the 750 tier miles I received.

I've been an Aegean gold member for 10+ years and never seen this issue before. Has anyone experienced this problem? And did it eventually update automatically? or did you have to contact Aegean?
