I assigned myself seat 1A a couple weeks ago on the 788 from HND to LAX. I was moved to 3H at Checkin. Should I assume this seat was blocked for crew rest ?

Really no big deal. Has this happened to anyone before ? Just wondering if the pilot will be in that seat . The configuration on this flight is 20 seats but always shows only 19 seat capacity.
