The long way to Adelaide from the US

First meal I selected the Beef with Potato Gratin and Parmesan Creamed Spinach. Not a bad meal I thought.

Then for the second meal, had the Penne Pasta Arrabbiata. This was OK but very heavy on mushrooms which I'm not a big fan of. The broccolini was quite nice though, as was the capsicum. Also not as much sauce as I thought there would be, it was more of a warm pasta salad compared to what I was expecting (and have experienced with arrabbiata in the past).

Didn't get much sleep on the SEA-SIN leg, and as we were arriving first thing in the morning I basically went to sleep as soon as I could, and pre-ordered the Warm Waffle with Strawberry Coulis to have before arrival, which was a delightful breakfast.
