- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? standard...upgraded to room after request with terrace overlooking Lillenblum

- How are the rooms? Excellent, clean, bathroom a little small, amenities all provided.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: ambience/food - Rebouchon restaurant expensive but outstanding, sommelier and manager sat with my guests and I to discuss improvements after dinner, keen to listen to views of Israelis and me as a Brit.

Bad: not yet into the groove of Accor standards, staff unfamiliar with service standards, this was admitted by manager

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? standard offerings, weird that bar on pool top roof had to order from downstairs and have some drinks brought up.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Yes, booked again end November
