We were both collecting drinks, pax was in a video call.
The bartender correctly asked the passenger to use headset.
The pax said he did not have. I then said he needs to put the call into phone mode, using my hand to indicate to use his phone as a phone handset
He walked away and tried sticking the speaker against his ear for a while, then just reverted to previous video call state.
