I stayed here for one night this week. Property is very nice-looking and obviously brand new. Shower pressure so-so. Love that they have Le Labo products. Contrary to what the OP wrote, I did not find the service to be anything out of the ordinary, actually the contrary. It took around 12 hours for a chat message to be responded to; many chat messages in the Hilton app were ignored altogether. The property had upgraded me but at the same time allocated me an accessible room, which I am not a fan of, so I called them (after being ignored in the chat for several hours), was put on a hold for 20 min and later connected to a manager. I asked the manager while I had him on the line how it comes that no one is manning the chat; and that this is very unusual, to which he said 'they are very busy taking care of their Hilton members' . Whatever. Personally I hate having to call and expect properties to be responsive in the chat, which they have always been both in the US and internationally.

Daily elite credits at this property is $18 per person. Price for Eggs Benedict, a small bowl of berries and black coffee came to $34 plus tax and tip. Restaurant automatically adds a 20% tip, and a 3% fee to "supplement the cost of providing their employees' benefits" (ridiculous).
