I’ve flown PE many times and with AA. I have always been able to select from two standard meals, usually a vegetarian and a chicken or shrimp option. Those meals you’ve listed are also options, but they’re not the only ones. Maybe give it a week or so and see if the choices get updated.
DFW-AKL dinner choices for PE (+ the list of special meals):
- Rotini Pasta. lemon pepper cream sauce, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, pecorino cheese
- Quinoa and Toasted Orzo Salad, sliced chicken breast, pickled red onion
- Braised Beef with mashed potatoes and shallot balsamic sauce
