Not most. In fact, DL only. Both AA and UA allow lounge access for all international flights (with FC or the appropriate status), including countries in the Caribbean and Canada. Southwest does not have lounges, so of the big 4 it is only DL with this policy.
Someone please correct me if this is not correct. I see a lot of posts in this thread saying "US airlines" when in fact it is DL only.
From the DL website (and ST website), the Caribbean is excluded but Canada isn't. Whether this is *right* is another story...
Edit: The main difference is that US airlines generally don't allow access on /domestic/ flights, while OAL status often allows that. DL is the outlier there.
