I have 78 nights through stays and credit card spend this year. Never received a My Hyatt Concierge email. But by calling the Globalist line, they were able to open a case to track down my assigned concierge.
Back when I got my concierge the first time the welcome email came from the concierge directly.
Still, I would suggest adding
[email protected] and
[email protected] to your contacts to ensure that they don't get redirected to spam
