Any one have any experience with Air Arabia and changed flight requesting a refund?

Was set to fly them from Tangiers to Madrid - flight is canceled with next flight 2 days later, this totally screws up plans. I've sent 2 email to them as I can find no US based number to call from, with crickets. Going to get credit card company evolved at this point - was hoping any one had experience or since Middle East carrier what recourse do I have for a refund - Thanks!
