As already answered, not an issue. But just make sure you enter Singapore through the terminal your plane docked at. If it arrives at T3 you must enter at T3 to collect your bags. If it arrives at say T2, and you head to the SQ lounge, you must go back to T2 to clear immigration and collect your bags.
