AA didn't distinguish, which is possibly why all of my Hilton stays via the AA portal tracked fine then never paid out. I've received so many BS answers from Cartera - although I totally respect that if the affiliate marketer isn't paid by the merchant than there's not a whole lot to be done - that I just can't be bothered any more...
Ah ha...so I wasn't the only one re: tracked fine but no pay out. Keep pushing. Just an email. That's what I did and they all paid out eventually.
