3 GUC to still use up before end of January and agents are making it extremely hard to redeem on KLM as usual. I use ExpertFlyer to check for Z space on KLM but Delta agents are telling me that Z space does not equal GUC availability "there is revenue and award Z space" ?! Also finding it extremely difficult to find an agent who can book the (often cheaper) KL-marketed economy tickets instead of DL-marketed KL-operated. With all this HUCA booking a ticket and redeeming GUC takes a few hours of precious time.
