I asked for the card online on Sept 22nd. For the first time, I've not been approved immediately. They required a picture of myself holding my driver's licence. I sent it with the comment it was not a very secure way to interact. Then a week later they ask again for the same picture. So I had to send them twice that picture of me and my identity proof. Finally got approved on Oct 6 with a virtual card sent. Made a first purchase online to get the 10 000 welcome miles. Today Oct 19th I still have not received any physical card, no welcome bonus miles have been posted, no XP bonus either, and no answer from Brim. I got the first statement though.
