Right now at least, viz is 1/4th of a mile and VV is 100ft in fog. That's below the ILS minimums for and no one will be flying in there. I think the biggest issue is less whether SkyWest's crews set qualified up to meet the departure minimums, and more whether there is going to be any plane on the ground to try that departure tomorrow if approach mins aren't met for the inbound aircraft tomorrow morning..
