This just seemed like a ridiculous lapse in customer service and I am really pissed and disappointed. I understand construction needs at a place like this but to put someone right next door... jeez. I totally get how disappointing this was. Did you track down the manager on duty to discuss it? I would have wanted a substantial amount of my money or my points back. What they did was completely unacceptable.
