My timeline - Applied for Alaska Airlines Status Match and Credit Card on Sep 25 2023 early morning. Took about a week for the credit card. No word on the status match, despite reaching out to them on 1) Call center 2) FaceBook Messenger and the answer I got was "You will receive the status match. I'm sorry I do not have an exact time frame. If you submitted it 3 weeks ago hopefully in the next 1-3 weeks."!!!

In contrast, JetBlue's status match and credit card turnaround was under a week!
