Flushing (or nearby) Ethnic Food Trip

I will be staying in Flushing for 4 days in December with the objective of eating as much delicious food as possible. The thread in the sticky is out of date for Chinese food (last post 2010) so I'm starting a new topic. Willing to travel anywhere that is MTA or LIRR accessible, but would prefer locations that are between Manhattan and Flushing rather than further out. Ideally I would have things I can't get easily in Chicago.

Cuisine types I'd like to consider:
Chinese: Dim Sum, Xiao Long Bao, Sichuan, Hot Pot, Shanghainese, Peking Duck, other regional cuisine that I'm not yet familiar with also welcome
Korean: Only really know KBBQ but open to other things as well
South Asian: Basically anything other than traditional North Indian - Afghan, South Indian, Bengali, Tibetan, Pakistani
Southeast Asian: Basically anything other than typical Thai, but particularly interested in Vietnamese (other than pho), Malaysian/Singaporean, and Burmese
Caribbean: My knowledge here is severely lacking as I've only had Jamaican food. Is this available in Queens or do you have to venture to the Bronx?

Sorry about a bit of a broad inquiry, but hoping to tap into some local knowledge here.
