I stayed here last Saturday night in a premium twin family room. Rate all in including taxes was about Yen 52k. Location was chosen as a base to get to Haneda for an early morning flight the next day.

The hotel was nice and shiny new but it was packed. I am Diamond with HH but the hotel did not offer any upgrade as there was nothing available. The room was spacious and had good river views but as someone upthread alluded to- if there is an event on at the K arena then I think alot of noise will be unavoidable. In fact i would not stay here if there was an event on next door unless i was going to the event.

As i had an early morning departure i did not get to sample the breakfast buffet. There is no pool/sauna/spa that i could find. I checked out the gym and it was ok. However any more than about three people and it would be too squeezy.

I went down to the lounge to check out the evening drinks. My swipe pass wouldnt let me in so i had to bang on the door to get them to open up. The lady fixed it for me in the lounge. I was shocked as to how full the lounge was, there would have been over 50 people in there. The food selection was poor. I didnt even get a snack, just had a beer and left.

Overall at Yen52k a night there is no way i would stay there again. If it was Yen25k a night maybe. Saturday nights here seem booked out every week so be aware. I had just come from the Conrad Tokyo and Conrad Osaka so this was always going to struggle to impress me. I havent stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba but that would be an alternative for me for an early flight from Haneda depending on the rate.
