thanks. I'll just hold and keep checking randomly over next few weeks. Maybe resets/repopulates because there is a system issue.....or maybe lesson is I shouldn't have F-ing waited thinking there was plenty of inventory......
Honestly they are probably not bookable, and probably won't be until this issue is fixed. I very much suspect that the issue is on BA"s end.

Rather than a reservations agent, I would suggest going through CS if you want them to escalate the issue to someone who can do something about it. But even that's likely to get a canned reply about how they can only offer you what BA makes available (which is actually true, and probably the real issue here)

I suppose you could try contacting BA and asking why they aren't making any awards available to certain partners any more, but getting that escalated beyond a front line agent who will give you the standard line about awards being subject to availability might be difficult.

On the good side, I'm sure that BA is aware of the fact that bookings through certain channels have suddenly dropped to 0 (it's revenue related so I'm sure they have metrics) so maybe they are already working on it. I have no doubt that they clean up on those award flights with their massive surcharges; no one is more incentivized than them to fix this. It's a steady stream of $$$.
