A few years ago I wrote a crude python script to scrape Google Flights from a range of home airports looking at a combination of dates and destination airport codes. I had programmed a lookup map so the mileage for the city pairs was calculated and it would then send me a report every day at the lowest cpm by class (i preferred the low cpm biz deals). I found it quite useful, and frankly am surprised nothing a bit more polished exists as a subscription product.
I wrote something similar and agree it's extremely useful. My guess is there is no commercial product because it's so niche, the effort required to implement it wouldn't be worth the payoff. In particular, GF/QPX has extremely sophisticated anti-scrape technology that kicks in after a while, so you are quickly going to have to either deal with that (hard), write your own fare engine (also hard), or pay someone for API access (expensive).
