Had a Delta pilot in my flight deck jumpseat the other day. He flies the A330 (both the old and neo). We had a long discussion on DL's plans in Asia and Europe, and from what he had gathered from his management, it looks like any increase will be more towards Europe, especially to secondary markets in Europe. He did not foresee any secondary markets in Asia and all flying to continue to be funneled through ICN on KE and PVG on MU once China issues are resolved. We both wished that DL would resume to other "fun" cities in Asia (BKK, HKG, SIN, MNL, etc) but not likely anytime soon.
