Different providers on those.

Works: Gogo based planes (RJ's and some A320 series)
Doesn't work: Viasat based planes (the majority of the narrowbody fleet) *although Viasat/T-mo works on United, so AA needs to get their act together on this
Doesn't work: Panasonic based planes (777/787)
