I'm seeing 2 day cancellation on all the rates I checked in mid-April. Which ones have 14 days?

A new option is always nice (as is a new location) but the cash prices seem to be higher than the HR (at least when I checked, which was peak time). 52k yen for the HH vs 40k for the HR (and that's the globalist guaranteed availability rate, which is basically the rack rate as I understand it). I have trouble believing that event the nicest HH is nicer than the HR.
