Sure, there have been no accidents...so far.
It has been nearly 20 months now since Tata took over. For the first year, they were somewhat hamstrung as they had to retain all employees per the purchase agreement. But now they are free from that. By now the IFEs and seats should have been fixed, especially on ULH routes. There are no more excuses. They need to step up big time to fix these issues even if it costs them money on the short term.
