I got a £300 voucher for complaining about the move to unisex bathrooms in the lounges at LHR and no curtain on a CE shorthaul flight so there was a never ending queue for the toilet. Wasn't expecting anything and would have been happy if they'd said they'd switch the bathrooms back and stick up a curtain.
