That seems fairly speedy. I’m still waiting for my first ever complaint to get a response. J LHR/JNB end August. No IFE for the entire A380 for the first 6
hours until 0500 when it finally came on. My seat was broken and had to manually be reclined and only one suitcase turned up of which I received the delayed one six days later. Two case numbers - one for the moan and the other for a refund of necessary purchases. Haven’t had a thing back apart from standard reply with case numbers. I’ll chase it up soon.
