For what it is worth, I used my Venture X as a primary card for a while. I had one fraudulent vendor, and they did not support me. The Capital One customer support is not very helpful.

Since I've already done the credit pull, it offers a net zero AF, and offers cheap coffee at there cafes + phone insurance figure I'll keep Venture X on the off chance I'll need one of their lounges...but not super happy as a customer.
