This hotel has gone live for booking from March 15, 2024 and after. Category 4 as noted above and a standard price for the base room (w/taxes, fees) seems to be around 51K-60K yen/night (~$340-$400).
From flipping through the dates and reservation options, it looks like they're offering breakfast free of charge until the end of May only, as part of their grand opening offer.
Points is probably the way to go, at least for the summertime which is when I'm looking. And their reservations desk did email me today to inform me that booking is live now, so at least that part of the hotel is responsive. (I noticed the hotel was bookable this morning and wondered if they'd remember to inform me)
