I might be in the minority, but I didn't like the lobster thermidor at all. Worst of several meals I had on a recent ~56 hour multi-leg round-trip in SQ J. I had it on an outbound from SIN.
I don't eat shellfish, but my husband loves it and he had a similar experience ex-SIN. He was not a fan of the thermidor and the heaviness of the dish ended up making him feel queasy too.
