Problems Logging on to Exec Club Account
Over the past couple of days I've been having problems logging in from Australia, around midnight UK time (if that's significant).
I enter what I believe to be my correct password and the system says it doesn't recognise it. So I change it and it lets me in, then I log off. Later when I try and log in again with the new password the same thing happens.
Now I've been locked out with no way to reset my password, so I guess I'll have to call in and have it fixed manually. Has anyone else experienced such issues recently and can anyone advise me of the EC number to ring for Silvers (which I now am), as I can't log in to find it. Thanks.
