I have been Globalist for about 7 months now. I never received an email stating who my Globalist concierge is or how to reach that person. Calling Hyatt, emailing Hyatt, and texting on the app seems to have no results as the reps do not know either. Do you guys know how I can find out who my Globalist concierge is?
