The BA website defaults the point of sale at the departure country of the itinerary so the VPN trick or changing the country trick on the top ( such as the UA example on post #4 ) doesn't work for BA stock tickets if booked online.
Yes, it's theoretically possible to book a ticket at a different ( cheaper ) point of sale by calling the BA contact number of that country of point of sale but it must be done on the phone.
