I'm going through the same thing right now. My outbound miles were credited. Return miles also out of DFW were not. Got the runaround on the website, and on whatsapp. Whatsapp gave me the form to fill out, I submitted it and they emailed me back asking for the same info I already emailed to them. That was 2 days ago and no reply. It's been over 1 hour since their last response on twitter now when they said "be back shortly"
Frontier CS reps don't seem to see information in the forms. When I fill out any forms with Frontier, I make sure to repeat all the relevant info in the text field, such as passenger name, confirmation number, origin/destination city, flight date and last 4 of credit card. I know it's ridiculous to have to enter all that info twice, but it has saved me a lot of back and forth.
