After purchasing my (Comfort Fare) flight... if I go to My Bookings -> Add Travel Options -> I have the option to "Customize Your Trip" with the purchase options of "Prepaid Meal $14.95" and "Maple Leaf Lounge $66.67" (for YYZ)
