I can't see it making any difference from a pricing perspective. The fare is calculated based on origin, destination, class of travel, dates, fare availability, published fares etc. If you're looking at a flight from, say, the UK to the USA then shouldn't matter whether your VPN connection terminates in the UK, the USA or anywhere else.
