How on earth would a lounge agent know you have two separate tickets if you show up with an F boarding pass?

FWIW, just 2 weeks ago, I entered TPR after landing in Singapore in non-F, 16 hours before my flight in F the next morning. Nobody asked or said anything, I was warmly welcomed.
