I checked LGA-ORD for a random day in November and still just see 'snacks, snacks, drinks'. This was an exception market airlines for a number of years IIRC, but no one serves a meal on it anymore to my understanding.

If I were to guess these exceptions could be specific to SEA/AS markets.
