The verbiage is different now, but not quite that punitive:
Looks like you have to return with 80% (unless you received the vehicle with less than 50%). Nowhere do the T&C have a "within 5%" clause.
Interesting. Well I returned yesterday at 43% (was 100% at pickup) and no charge on the receipt. They did note the 43% at return on the receipt, but no extra charge yet. I'll see if they tack on a charging fee in a few days.
