Speaking of AAgent qualifications, whenever I'm calling about an international itinerary I always state that first thing. In the past too many times I have given a record locator and then after tap-tap-tapping they tell me they'll have to transfer me to international. (Yes, I do use the touchtone system to choose international but sometimes it doesn't seem to understand me.)
