ICN max capacity with 4 runways is 107/hr, but the real limit is only 75 due to the airspace limit. Used to be 70 until last month and the worst time was 2019 when the limit was 65. Back in 2019, there were lots of unfavored 6am or 1am departures due to the slot but thing have gotten better since (well, partially due to covid). Airlines won't have too much issue adding more flights.
