I appreciate the JetBlue status matches, but I do think people need to manage expectations here. JetBlue is primarily a leisure airline and may not be built to accommodate common requests/expectations that fliers from Delta, United, American, etc may have.
I'm not upset that they said no and had no expectations when I called. My interest was whether JetBlue will ever bend the rules slightly for Mosaics (i.e., is it worth HUCA?), and it seems pretty clear the answer is no. As a DM on Delta, this would be an easy change to make despite their 90 minute rule on schedule changes. Just something I need to consider when booking flights on JetBlue.
